Exercise can restore strength, mitigate and manage treatment side effects, improve overall outcomes and empower those living with cancer to foster a sense of control and vitality while going through a vulnerable and challenging life changing event. It is proven to be safe and effective at the start of diagnosis and into late survivorship.

The purpose of this resource is to provide an attainable and progressive aerobic program for individuals who do not (to this point! 🙂) participate in any aerobic exercise.
