Initial Consultation

Meet with me virtually or in person to complete an initial consultation.

We will go through postural and functional assessments as well as your short and long term goals. This piece is vital in order to create an individualized exercise program that sets you up for success!

You will also learn how to set up your my PThub account; this is an application where your workouts will be housed and assigned for individual sessions and the 10 week program package.

Personal Training Sessions

Meet with me one-on-one virtually or in person for 30 or 60 minutes.

These sessions will address any muscular imbalances that were identified in your consultation, correct functional form and gradually build up your strength and endurance. You will have physical fitness measures tested in the beginning of the programming and re-assessed every 10-12 weeks to track your progress. 

30 minute sessions – $55.00 

60 minute sessions – $100.00

10 Week Program Package

If you would like to have a program laid out for you versus individual one-on-one sessions, I can create a 10 week individualized program for you.

This program package consists of an initial consultation and 10 weeks of assigned programming. We will have check-ins during the 10 weeks to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your programming if needed.
